Kris Kemp MD

Dr. Kris Kemp is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with decades of experience keeping Utah safe and healthy. Formerly the Medical Director of Park City Hospital, Heber Hospital, and Wasatch EMS, he now splits his time between six emergency rooms, multiple EMS systems, clinics, and labs across the state. He also serves as Medical Director for Summit County SWAT and oversees 11 Life Flight bases—so when it comes to critical care, he’s truly seen it all.

At Two Hearts Concierge Care, Dr. Kemp guides our protocols and supports our nursing team, ensuring every treatment meets the highest medical standards while staying personal and approachable. Patients benefit not only from his expertise but also from his passion for innovative wellness.

When he’s not in scrubs, you’ll find Dr. Kemp exploring the mountains on his bike, snowboard, snowshoes, or snowmobile—living the Park City lifestyle to the fullest.

Sloane Johnson RN

Sloane Johnson is the founder and driving force behind Two Hearts Concierge Care, where she combines her deep nursing expertise with a passion for personalized wellness. A registered nurse with years of experience in ICU, ER, and patient transport, Sloane has cared for people in some of the most critical moments of their lives. Today, she brings that same skill and compassion directly into the homes of her clients through concierge IV infusions, wellness programs, and health coaching.

Known for her warmth, energy, and dedication, Sloane built Two Hearts to provide high-quality care that is both accessible and personal—meeting people where they are and helping them feel their best. Her approach combines advanced medical knowledge with a commitment to whole-body wellness, making her a trusted partner for clients seeking recovery, weight loss, increased energy, or long-term health support.

When she’s not caring for patients, Sloane is usually outdoors enjoying Park City with her family, Skiing, hiking with her dogs, biking, or tending to her garden.
